Monthly update – November 2019

A poet in Denmark once said: There are 15 months in a year in Denmark. January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, November, November……

A dark and rainy month is gone, but something that always shines a light in the dark are dividends being paid to my account.

This months dividends added up to a total of DKK 119,93 (18.5 $)

The dividends was paid from a total of 14 companies:

Diƶs12,49
AGNC7,38
Unum8,27
STAG3,46
Main3,59
Kinder14,36
General Dynamics5,89
Abbvie12,33
California4,53
iShares Water ETF20,76
Ishares Developed Property ETF8
Harvest7,4
LTC4,41
Gladstone7,06

As always, the numbers are in DKK – for Euro divide by 7,5 and US dollars divide by 6,5

The biggest payment was from the iShares Water ETF. It is really a solid play, and I bought it after seeing the movie The Big Short. In the end a small text pops up saying one of the best investors now focus on water.

As a new addition for these monthly updates I will from now on have a graph of my total accumulated dividends:

Since I started my dividend portfolio, I have received a total of DKK 1084,78 / 167 $

I bought two stocks in November:

Stockno. of shares
Starbucks2
Energy Transfer12

Both of them pays dividends and I look forward to track the performance of these in the future. Especially Energy Transfer has a yield close to 10 % and I’m curious to see if this is sustainable.
